Experience 6 months to 5 years of work experience in Online Display ad network and ad exchange platforms. Strong online Advertising industry domain expertise Preferred Education BE, MBA, BSc (Computers), BCA/MCA, NIIT (or equivalent) certification)

Skills
* College degree with computer skills.
* Strong command of English language, to communicate with English speaking clients (Written and Verbal skills)
* Analytical and highly detail oriented
* Ability to absorb and troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate them to a non-technical audience
* Familiarity with the ad serving industry, ad exchanges and networks is a plus
* Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SQL or prior experience troubleshooting technical issues

Roles and Responsibilities
* Drive growth to the Ad Exchange business through creation of brand safe "packs"
* Reviewing Ad Exchange for both policy and technical adherence, including evaluation of 3rd and 4th party re-directs for both static and real-time bidding.
* Provide Publisher specific service for offline activities such as Creative review, and adjustments of settings
* Review inclusion of new sites onto the AdExchange network.
* Collaborate with US/EMEA/JAPAC teams
* Serve as point of contact for projects led by our escalation management team to improve client experience and internal operational effectiveness (user acceptance testing, prioritization process liaison, emergency paging process, new feature release launches)
