Position-Manager-Client Servicing
Location-Gurgaon
Shift-Night Shift(US Shift : 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Job Profile:
Primary: - Client Servicing & Account Management
- Managing post campaign deliverable and objectives, i.e. Insertion Order Completion, Creation campaign building, managing creative building process and working with technical elements to a campaign.
- Project management work Campaign Activation
- Coordinate with creative team, tech team, sales team and adops team to ensure smooth launch of the campaign.
- Working with Ad Operations team to ensure campaign delivery
- Monitoring Campaign performance weekly to maintain/optimize campaign performance
- Follow up with Wrap up report from campaign performances with complete insight/analysis of campaign performance.
- Provide post sales client support and client servicing
- Ensure all deliverables to the client are maintained to ensure repeat Business.
- Provide media insight and support to Sales Team, i.e. Market Research and working with Comscore
- Work with internal creative team to integrate interactive objectives and strategies into overall plans.
- As directed and overseen by the Media Supervisors, develop and present recommendations, evaluations, POVs and media analyses to clients and Account Service.
- Organize, implement and control the day-to-day media planning development process including coordination among assistants.
- Coordinate projects and media requests with Sales Team and assigned client contacts to determine specific advertising needs, communicating deadlines to Media Supervisors.
- Monitor Live Campaigns in correlation Media Supervisors, have campaign performance meetings internally with Ad Operations.
- Maintain media estimate process in conjunction with Media Supervisors.
- Maintain media reporting needs for assigned region as well as assisting other regions media.
- Min 4-5 year experience into client servicing/ account management with 2-3 years with digital client/ agency servicing US/UK clients.
- Experience with Digital Media
- Must be proficient with working with all types of pricing models; i.e. CPM, CPC, CPL, CPD
- Demonstrated presentation and writing skills
- Experience directly managing a staff of one or more is desirable
- Experience managing and coordinating inter-departmental efforts
- MS Office: Internet Explorer, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience or familiarity using industry media planning tools: i.e. Salesforce, Comscore
- Understanding of Interactive advertising preferred but not required
Nature of Job- To ensure excellent Post Sales Client Servicing and to be able to handle the Post Sales activation and account management work and thereby drive higher Client satisfaction and client retention.
