Responsibilities:

1) Manage and build a team that has the following 1) Manage start to finish campaign process, tracking pixels, troubleshooting tags, targeting, optimization, and reporting.

2) Analyses performance metrics for all ad campaigns, measuring dozens of variables across multiple dimensions.

3) Identifies trends in data and deciphers underlying causes. Proactively make changes based on given data to increase in performance and margins.

4) Makes changes to campaigns to maximize performance or delivery, based on analyses.

5) Stay abreast of trends in online advertising, product development, and yield optimization best practices.

6) Monitor and generate reporting used inter-intra teams.



Desired Skills and Experience

Responsibilities:


1) 8 to 10 years overall work experience, with 5+ years in mobile and/or desktop advertising industry

2) Extremely analytical with strong math skills and attention to detail

3) Experience with ad trafficking (mobile, video), de-bugging, data collection, ad optimizations

4) Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint preferred

5) Ability to translate quantitative numbers into recommended actions

6) Ad exchange or Demand Side Platform media buying strongly preferred

7) Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred with Economics or Maths.

Responsibilities:

Key member of the Client Services team to provide support in the day-to-day management of publisher clients and ad network partners.

Responsibilities :

Managing account setup and maintain account on the PubMatic system
Keeping multiple support systems updated (e.g. Salesforce, JIRA etc)
Day to day data collection and report preparation
Report analysis for identifying key trends, inconsistencies
End of month billing for accounts
Escalating issues post analysis of a problem with the support team and ensure follow up to closure of issues.
Generate and interpret reporting that will yield competitive insights for our clients
You will work closely with internal customers to ensure higher returns for end customer

Qualifications:

Any Graduation; preferably technical qualification / Masters is a plus
Certifications in web programming, data management tools is a plus
Pro-active, Logical reasoning ability, Problem solving and analytical mindset, Excellent written and spoken English, Quick learning, Detail oriented, Customer service-oriented attitude
Organized and structured approach to tasks, Client interaction exposure (especially US), Exposure to Online Advertising
Macros in Excel, MS Access, MS Project, Visio skills, SQL, Database tools, Web programming
Ad Trafficking exposure using Ad Servers like DART, AdTech, OAS, Zedo, ATLAS or OpenX
Moderate knowledge about web based applications, web forms, web server/ ad server / Mozilla Firefox and how to work on different web based browsers
