Designation: Mobile Media Planner
Location : Gurgaon, India
Work Timing : Must be Flexible with Shift Hours as it is subject to US/UK Time Zones US 8:30pm-5am; UK 3pm-10pm

Job Description: 

  • Work with Sales Team/Media Director in the development and implementation of media campaigns including most or all of the following:

    • Completion of RFP process

    • Media Research Requests

    • Creative Production Post and Pre Campaign Launch.

  • Work as part of a media planning team, applying media solutions to overall client objectives per RFP requirements.

  • Provide media insight and support to Sales Team, i.e. Market Research and working with comScore.

  • Work with internal creative team to integrate interactive objectives and strategies into overall plans.

  • Develop and present recommendations, evaluations, POVs and media analyses to clients and Account Service.

  • Organize, implement and control the day-to-day media planning development process including coordination among assistants.

  • Coordinate projects and media requests with Sales Team and assigned client contacts to determine specific advertising needs, communicating deadlines to Media Director.

  • Maintain media estimate process in conjunction with Media Supervisors.

  • Maintain media reporting needs for assigned region as well as assisting other regions media.

Skills Required

  • A four year college degree or equivalent

  • 2+ years media planning experience as an Assistant or Planner

  • Experience with Digital Media

  • Must be proficient with working with all types of pricing models; i.e. CPM, CPC, CPL, CPD

  • Demonstrated presentation and writing skills

  • Experience directly managing a staff of one or more is desirable

  • Experience managing and coordinating inter-departmental efforts

  • MS Office: Internet Explorer, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Experience or familiarity using industry media planning tools: i.e. Salesforce, Comscore

  • Understanding of Interactive advertising preferred but not mandatory
