Team Leader - Ad Operatiion​s (online Media)

Immediate opportunity with one of the global leading company in online media operations & reporting with offices in 4 Countries for the position of Team Leader - Ad Operations (Online Media).

Mandatory Skills required :
1. Advertiser / Publisher / High end troubleshooting skills, trafficking knowledge.
2. Knowledge of multiple adops tools DFA, DFP, Helios, OAS, Atlas etc..
3. Complete knowledge of campaign life cycle and campaign management capabilities.
4. An understanding of ad network, ad exchange and online advertising value chain
5. In depth knowledge of banner creative, 3rd party creative and rich media creative
6. Knowledge of HTML & JavaScript is a plus.
7. Ability to pull reports from various ad servers on various campaign performances, to analyze & optimize campaign delivery.
8. Campaign, creative and delivery troubleshooting capabilities.

Qualification : Preferably Graduates

Experience : 2+ yrs of experience.

Job Location : Mysore

Criteria : Should be flexible to work in Night Shift - APAC (3:30 am to 1:30 pm)

General Skills:

1. Good Communication skills, hands on experience in scheduling and training the team/new comers, client call handling capabilities and ability to on-board new accounts/tasks.
2. Flexible and highly motivated, should be able to take additional responsibilities.
3. Able to manage a team of 5 6 members/3 to 4 clients and assist the Team Lead in day to day activities related to people, process and client.
4. Work as a technical point of contact in resolving any process related issues for all internal / external clients.
5. Capability to set, validate and improve the process on a regular basis (Existing/New).
6. Knowledge of excel, word and Power point.

Roles and Responsibility:

* Handling / Managing a team of 5-6 members. Understanding the source (Ticketing system / Email ) of request and acknowledging the same, Review the assets provided for the request (IO, creative's etc..), Campaign Trafficking as per the tags IO, Internal QA process & TAGS submission to client with the completion email. Understanding the source (Ticketing system / Email ) of request and acknowledging the same, Review the assets provided for the request (IO, creative's etc..), Knowledge of adding macros for tags from different vendors wonder, Flashtalking, Unicast, Pointroll, AdTech). Creation of special ads like welcome ads, news letter ads, pop up under ads and Skin Ad. Ability to work on advanced reporting including discrepancy and conversion reports. Testing ads in the live environment through test website, Live QA using Ad call tracking tools. Ability to work on Network level reporting. Campaign management abilities. Handling / Managing a team of 5-6 members.
