Urgently looking for 5+ Exp Presales Specialist for Vdopia Inc

Designation: Team Lead, Media Planning

Location: Gurgaon, India

Work Timings: Must be flexible with Shift Hours as it is subject to US time (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM )

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop and lead sound, strategic Media Plans based on official RFP’s shared by the agencies/ client and the use of media research.

  • Possess the ability to evaluate & critically analyze the RFPs prepared by other members of the media planning team.

  • Decode & dissect the brand brief for the various internal teams during the Pre RFP process and provide valuable audience insights to enable the sales team prepare winning RFP proposals.

  • To be able to listen well, to sales and other internal teams, and synthesize information accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth RFP process.

  • Ability to absorb many details, while keeping focus of the big picture; Ability to prioritize and reprioritize many tasks at once.

  • Lead creative vision of the planning team by creative thinking for conceiving, developing and designing innovative creative materials for the pre & post RFP submission.

  • Ability to provide in-depth data analysis with respect to variables such as client’s target audience, market, product etc. using comScore data & other internal MIS data.

  • Independent motivation with a willingness to learn and improve the team’s knowledge and one’s own about the global mobile media trends.

  • Ability to review work and reporting of entire Media Planning team and provide recommendations for improvement of content and format of RFPs submitted.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors/ Masters Degree in communications/ marketing.

  • 5-6 years of media planning/ account management experience.  At least 2 years hands on exp of managing global (offshore) client operations.

  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to manage a team.

  • Be an intuitive problem solver.

  • Superior communication, writing and verbal skills which is must for international operations and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.

  • Must be a true team leader, self-starter and multi-tasker.

  • Thorough understanding of Branding principles & tactics, particularly on the digital & new media platform.

  • Diligent delivery against strict timelines. Must be resourceful and highly organized – ability to learn and work independently and with a team.

  • Demonstrated strength in business-to-business media, especially digital communications, with experience in managing global campaign operations would be highly desirable.

  • Excellent analytic skills, with the ability to review data & an eye for detail.

  • Complete proficiency with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, with strong understanding of full Microsoft Office suite.

  • Intrinsic knowledge of global media terminology and landscape.
