Ad Operations/customer Support Trainee

Job Description

Media Mint is looking for a Ad Operations/Customer Support Trainee to join our Hyderabad office. In this position, you will be an integral part of the growing ad operations division in executing complex yet very interesting online advertiser campaigns for online media partners, large portals, agencies and other advertisers. This position has a competitive base salary plus bonus and offers excellent opportunities for career advancement within the online advertising domain.
  
Responsibilities : 
• Reviewing and approving advertiser creative materials.
• Traffic all CPM, CPA and Publisher-specific campaigns.
• Producing a variety of analytical and performance reports.
• Manage campaigns to ensure that budgets are fulfilled and optimize based on performance requirements.
• Field general advertising and technical inquiries for clients and sales.
• Troubleshoot issues and help solve complex problems with client integrations.

• Proactive and willingness to learn.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills 
• Thorough understanding of and interest in online advertising.
• Bachelors degree preferred. ( B.Tech, B.Com, B.Sc and BA or any equivalent degree)
• Willingness to work in Shifts
