Ad Ops Manager - Hyderabad

      Job Description


    Who we want :

    • Graduate or post-graduate with more than 7 years of experience.
    • Should have experience in building & maintaining an Ad Ops team
    • You are comfortable working with multiple teams .
    • Should be diligent and able to multi-task .
    • Take bottom-line responsibility for the success of operations.
    • Produce a variety of customer reports.
    • Proactive and keen interest to learn about the work and the domain.

    Your Role :

    • Setup & run a Ad Operations team
    • Responsible for setting up of campaigns for multiple clients.
    • Co-ordinate with the sales team, ad agencies, clients, 3rd party ad servers to setup, execute and report ad campaigns.
    • Send out periodic campaigns updates to the client.
    • Optimize ad campaigns to ensure delivery and maximize revenue.
    • Resolve internal and external conflicts associated with ad campaigns .

    Skills : 

    • Ability to manage a team
    • High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
    • Hands-on experience on MS Office (comfortable with both Excel and Word) .
    • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
    • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of customer engagement.
    • Interest in learning online & mobile advertising.

    PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
